Senior Product Analyst
As a Senior Product Analyst, your role sits within TalkTalk’s Digital Analytics and Experimentation teams, where the primary focus of the role is to provide risk management support, reporting and opportunity identification for TalkTalk Group’s digital products, collaborating with product owners, project managers and our UX teams.
You’ll gain exposure and support to grow both technically and professionally in your role including great stakeholder management exposure and working with new technologies such as Data Bricks and Google Analytics 4.
Finally, as a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll be part of one of the largest insight and analytics capabilities in the North West further helping on your thorough career journey during your time at TalkTalk.
The Digital Analytics & Experimentation team at TalkTalk role is to improve the outcomes of digital and product experiences of our customers and deliver positive value back within the business.
The efforts of our product analytics team focus on ensuring we correctly measure the effectiveness of our new digital journeys, support the business managing risk during their release and drive real value back into the business in the form of targeting and business-aligned opportunities.
You’ll develop measurement plans for new and existing journeys and digital products, collaborating with MarTech Engineers to deliver suitable measurement and reporting solutions, although prior experience is not required.
Conduct analysis including deep dives to identify opportunities and insights for the journeys aligned to the role, you’ll drive improvement in both customer experience and commercial performance, with a light touch with marketing where required.
You’ll develop directly, or in collaboration with report engineering, new reporting suites for digital product journeys.
You’ll monitor and report on the impact of product and journey changes including issue identification support and sizing, notably through feature rollouts (non-statistical tests).

Need to have
An inquisitive nature to dig into problems and opportunities to deliver insight using a growth mindset which enables you to adapt your skill set to the needs of the business.
A track record of collaborating with stakeholders, focusing on building strong working relationships which lead to strong outcomes for team, customer and business.
Good problem-solving and communication skills (both oral and written), with an ability to generate insights across multiple sources of data in a commercially aware approach.
Good knowledge and experience in digital analytics (GA, GA360, Big Query, Adobe et al), dashboard development and a good awareness of working with multiple data sources, digital experimentation and visualisation best practices.
Nice to have
A good understanding of digital journeys, how they work and their complexities with experience in defining metrics to measure these journeys.
A good understanding of basic SQL functions and comfortability with statistics.
