The role

This role plays an important part in the Service Assurance team in improving the service levels, costs, and operational efficiency through process.

You will be responsible for capturing and interpreting user requirements and building process within the organisation’s diagnostic and repair tool, supporting our process development team onshore.

You will also assist in review of feedback, identification, and resolution of system issues.

A proactive approach is required for this demanding role in our fast-paced environment, where engagement in all tasks delegated to you will be required.

This role would appeal to a computer science graduate or developer.

Your responsibilities

  • Ongoing analysis of feedback, highlighting any immediate areas of improvement

  • Undertake logical and methodical continuous process improvement to increase service levels, quality, and drive cost reduction.

  • Be an excellent team player working closely with the rest of the team to deliver our goals.

  • Use experience of process design to build effective repair processes.

  • Use experience of working with object-orientated software to enhance processes with automation of decision making and implementation of process logic.

Skills required to be successful in the role:

Must have:

  • Key customer focus

  • Experience of Process & continuous improvement

  • Experience Delivering to Objectives

  • Effective Communicator

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Aptitude for coding/development in Java

Be great to also have:

  • Data Manipulation / Analysis Techniques with good knowledge of SQL

  • Telecoms / ISP Experience

  • Six Sigma
