Marketing Manager
As a key member of our TalkTalk Wholesale Services marketing team you will be part of a cross functional go-to-market team working collaboratively across marketing, sales, product and commercial to maximise the growth of our B2B Partners, carriers and systems integrators.
You will define, deliver and optimise marketing campaigns to win and nurture new Partners, whilst also working closely with our existing Partner community to support their go-to-market and customer engagement strategies for delivering high bandwidth connectivity - ethernet and FTTP (Fibre to the Premise).
You will plan and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies across key channels including email, marketing automation, digital, social, Partner events and offline media.
You will be a self-starter, with the ambition and drive to deliver great results. Excellent people and communication skills, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, is essential. TalkTalk Wholesale Services is the growth engine of TalkTalk Group, the Wholesale team work with a highly engaged base of over 800 Partners who support B2B and B2C customers. This is what the day to day responsibilities will look like:
- Support the delivery of the TalkTalk Wholesale Services marketing plan, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and engagement strategies to maximise the value of our Partner base.
- Define and execute marketing plans to support the launch of new propositions, working closely with the commercial proposition, product and sales teams.
- Plan and deliver account-based marketing initiatives to nurture and win new Partners.
- Deliver in-life engagement campaigns to maximise the value of our Partner base.
- Work closely with Partners to support their go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns, to drive lead generation, upsell and cross-sell.
- Support the delivery of the Partner engagement plan, including events, trade shows and conferences.
- Develop white label content, promotional materials and sales enablement tools to support Partner growth.
- Work with the Content Marketing Manager to support the development of engaging content (e.g. videos, presentations, eBooks, articles, infographics)
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business (Sale, Product, Operations, Commercial) to optimise the success of marketing activity.
- Closely analyse return on investment for all marketing activity and campaigns.
- Support and lead by example through mentoring and coaching of the Marketing Executives and other junior members of the team.
What do I need in order to be successful in the role?
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a B2B marketing role (required).
- Experience working in an indirect, channel marketing environment (desirable).
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Experience managing external suppliers and a budget.
- A self-starter, you will be able to demonstrate creativity and innovation.
- A true team player with excellent communication skills & effective stakeholder management.
