Desk Based Partner Account Executive

The Partner account team own the commercial relationship with our Partners and are responsible for delivering the annual P&L goals and associated KPI targets.
As a Partner account executive you will be responsible for managing your own Portfolio of existing accounts with combined revenues in excess of +£2m per annum, at the same time you will have opportunity to work alongside and support our Account Directors on some of our largest customers.
Within your account Portfolio you will be responsible for all aspects of account development both selling existing products as well as developing opportunities for our Next Generation of Voice and Data solutions.
In order to be successful in this role
Must have:
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience working in a customer services, sales, recruitment or partner focused role
- Ability to pick things up quickly
- Basic understanding of telco products
Be great to also have:
- Unified Communications Experience such as Mitel, Avaya, Skype for Business, Unify .
- Experience across multiple channels – Partner, Direct, Wholesale .
- Broader voice experience such as Inbound/ACD/IVR routing
