Credit Control Advisor
This role is to be based in Soapworks, Salford
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Effectively manage individual account portfolio
- Maximise collections
- Maintain customer profile through account hierarchy
- Resolve account disputes to minimise aged debt debt and improve customer experience
- Forge and maintain both internal and external customer relationships
- Effectively manage and prioritise workload within appropriate timescales
- Identify and escalate potentially high risk accounts
- Achieve set agreed KPI targets
Key Skills:
- Experience of B2B Credit control
- Customer focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Performance driven
Also Great to have:
-Previous Telecoms experience
-Proficient Microsoft user
-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
