As Lead Generation Executive, you will build and nurture relationships with B2B leads, understanding their needs and how we can support them with our voice and data services. This role is fundamental to improving quality, velocity and conversion rate through our sales funnel and ensuring a smooth transition to the relevant sales channel at appointment stage. In addition, you will maintain accurate, GDPR compliant data records so that data can be trusted and utilised through the whole client lifecycle. To include, providing clear, accurate and enriched briefing notes for the Sales executive, to improve the possibility of converting a lead to a sale.
This is a key role within our business and as such demands a proven professional, with previous B2B lead generation experience. Your excellent organisational, networking and communication skills, both verbal and written, will be instrumental to your success in this role. As will your strong working knowledge of the sales and marketing pipeline, combined with Marketing tools and analysis.
You will clearly understand the contribution that you make to the business and how meaningful your work is, with your efforts and achievements being recognised and rewarded on both an individual and an overall business performance basis.
