New TalkTalk Tasters offering free trials of additional channels
Disney taster weekend launches in August
Today TalkTalk, Britain’s fastest growing TV service brings box office hit, The LEGO® Movie, to its one million TV customers.
The first ever full-length LEGO® adventure will be available to both TalkTalk’s Plus and Essentials TV customers to rent for 48 hours for £4. The movie, which was a huge cinema success, generating over £240 million worldwide, is available on the same day as DVD ensuring LEGO® fans don’t have to wait to enjoy the family hit.
The LEGO® Movie is just one of the many pieces of top-flight content available on TalkTalk TV this summer. TalkTalk will also be launching free ‘Tasters’, allowing customers to view popular channels typically included in paid-for Boosts. The first of these tasters will launch on the weekend of 1st and 2nd August where the Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Junior will be free to watch all weekend, helping families kick off the school summer holidays.

TalkTalk TV’s Boosts offer additional channels for a month at a time with no ongoing commitment. Viewers can add Sky Movies, Sky Sports, hit US entertainment and favourite kids channels and on demand content to their package at the touch of a button.
Along with The LEGO® Movie, YouView from TalkTalk homes can also watch Non-Stop, The Book Thief and The Grand Budapest Hotel with an all star cast including Bill Murray, Jude Law and Ralph Fiennes. Later this summer TalkTalk viewers will be able to catch Rio 2, Muppets Most Wanted starring Ricky Gervais and the latest in the global Marvel franchise Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
