New Appointments to the TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC Board

Tristia Harrison, Managing Director – Consumer, and Charles Bligh, Managing Director – Business, will join the Board of the Company as Executive Directors with immediate effect.

Tristia is interested in 1,282,934 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.13% of the Company’s issued share capital.

The Company has no further information to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in respect of the above appointments.
