TalkTalk Plus TV customers can enjoy the smash hit movie Life of Pi this weekend at a special price of £1.75 in standard definition or £2.25 in HD.
Ang Lee’s film, based on a novel by Yann Martel, was the big winner at the 2012 Academy Awards ®, winning Oscars ® for Best Direction, Best Original Score, Best Cinematography and Best Visual Effects.
It follows the childhood adventures of Pi Patel, who is aboard a Japanese cargo ship carrying animals from a zoo which sinks. Pi survives in a lifeboat with a hyena, a zebra, an orangutan, and a male Bengal tiger called Richard Parker.
