Ofcom investigation re Tiscali billing

TalkTalk understands that Ofcom will be investigating complaints it has received regarding bills sent to some customers.

TalkTalk acknowledges that there have been instances when some customers may have received bills in error.

We have co-operated fully with Ofcom on this matter and will continue to do so through the course of its investigation.

In the meantime we are working hard to resolve the issue which is the result of integrating Tiscali's billing systems with TalkTalk's

We apologise to any customers who may have received bills in error.
