Tristia has been the CEO of TalkTalk Group since March 2017, having previously served as Managing Director of TalkTalk’s consumer business. TalkTalk is the UK’s largest provider of affordable broadband, serving 10 million consumers, 4.2 million premises and businesses of all sizes across the country. 

She has developed TalkTalk’s community engagement programme in the North West since moving the business’ HQ to Salford in 2019, including partnerships with local foodbanks and other community projects to help disadvantaged families and children in the area. Tristia is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Next Plc, the Trustee Chair of homelessness charity, Crisis, and an Honorary Trustee at the national charity Ambitious about Autism. She is also a member of the CEO board and a founder member of the industry campaign against online harms, Internet Matters. 

From May 2011 to June 2020, she served as a Trustee at Comic Relief. Whilst there she chaired their Commercial and Technology board, as well as advising on marketing and communications campaigns.

Tristia has held a number of senior management and executive positions in The Carphone Warehouse and TalkTalk Group, having first joined CPW in 2000. She is married with two teenage sons.

Jonathan took up the role as Group CFO in July 2021 having joined TalkTalk 6 years ago, having previously held Finance Director roles in our Wholesale, Network and Technology business units. 

He has over twenty years experience in several senior Telecoms Finance and Commercial roles including within EE and Orange. He has also been part of several Virgin business start-ups in the UK and across Central and Eastern Europe.

Jonathan Kini (JK) is the Managing Director of the division that houses all of our customers with whom we have a direct relationship, whether consumer or business. Prior to this, Jonathan was responsible for leading and shaping the growth of TalkTalk Business, the UK’s largest B2B provider of broadband, fibre and ethernet data services, he has held senior roles in Virgin Media and Vodafone across both B2C and B2B, most recently working for Drax Plc as CEO of the Customer Business.

He is a Non Exec Director within the Water Services Regulation Authority, Ofwat, helping to maintain standards across the water and sewerage industry. As Chairman of Business in the Community’s (BITC) Net Zero Carbon Taskforce, he works alongside the Government, BITC and businesses of all sizes to find simple, effective and innovative ways to help companies take action and create a more sustainable future. He also supports the Bank of England as an independent Non Exec Director. 


Nick leads our industry-leading Wholesale Services division, which incorporates our strategic relationships in the business to business and business to consumer markets. In addition, he manages our key relationships with our infrastructure providers such as Openreach and City Fibre. He also leads our alternative network strategy, ensuring we bring the best connectivity to UK homes and businesses.

Nick was previously Chief Operating Officer of TalkTalk Consumer, having been in the role since April 2018. He joined TalkTalk Group in 2005 and in the last 16 years he has spanned senior roles in sales, customer service, digital transformation and operations. Nick is a highly experienced telecoms expert with a career spanning over 25 years in the industry.


Phil has broad experience gained across several senior roles at TalkTalk. After joining the business as Operations Director in Consumer, he later became an independent strategic advisor leading the development and disposal of FibreNation, as well as the strategic planning for the group and successful privatisation of the business. More recently, he has returned to the company full-time as Chief Financial Officer, before being appointed Group Strategy Director in 2021.

Phil also spent eight years in various roles for supermarket group Pick n Pay in South Africa, having begun his career in finance at Shell, PepsiCo and Diageo before joining Bain & Company in 1999.

Nicky’s role is to drive the delivery of TalkTalk’s strategic priorities, focusing in particular on improving the pace and quality of change, vitally important at such an important moment of industry transformation in the leap to Full Fibre and Smart Homes.

Nicky has worked in the telecoms industry for over 20 years, including senior roles at Telewest, ntl:Telewest, Virgin Media and Capita. She has a broad range of industry experience, spanning procurement, project management, process delivery, network and IT operations, network management and engineering, provisioning, service management and outsourcing.

She joined TalkTalk in November 2016, as Technology Service Director. She is married, with two teenage boys.

Phil has over 25 years’ experience of the telecoms domain with international experience in Europe and the US before joining Opal Telecom and then TalkTalk. 

He’s played a number of roles across the growing TalkTalk organisation, leading transformation across operations, IT and networks before being appointed Chief Technology Officer. Having been instrumental in TalkTalk’s early days as a value minutes provider and the growth of Local Loop Unbundling, he is now is responsible for the scale and performance of TalkTalk’s network, which today carries over 7 Tbps of traffic at peak and is ever growing, and the Systems that support our colleagues, customers and partners.  

Daniel joined TalkTalk in March 2019. Prior to this, Daniel gained extensive experience of HR in a number of organisations including Shell, Manpower, FNZ, Xchanging and BDO. He has worked in Private Equity as both an adviser and within portfolio companies for General Atlantic, JC Flowers and Bain Capital.

Adam spent his early career as a consultant on international trade and investment in emerging markets. He joined TalkTalk in January 2022 and leads on our strategic partnerships with each of the UK’s major fibre builders, supporting our acceleration to full fibre and work to switch off old legacy copper.

Adam previously served as Managing Director of iD Mobile, which he launched in 2015 for Dixons Carphone Plc, where he was recruited to build a high growth challenger mobile business from scratch.

Prior to this, Adam held various leadership roles at Cable & Wireless Plc, from working on UK broadband regulation to having responsibility for B2C and B2B communications businesses in international markets. He led projects for clients such as Barclays, The United Nations and The European Commission.

He is married with two children.
