We are trying to be more environmentally friendly as a company and are therefore printing fewer hard copies of the Annual Report. You can find soft a soft copy of the Annual Report and Accounts in the Results and Presentations section of this website. When is the next dividend due?

Dividends are paid twice a year, usually in August and December. The exact dates are normally announced in our Interim and Preliminary Results announcements, which can be found in the Results and Presentations section of this website.

I haven't received my dividend cheque. What should I do?

It may be that your dividend has been paid directly into your bank account, however, if this is not the case, please contact Equiniti on 0371 384 2030. Can I have my dividends paid directly into my bank account?

Apportionment of tax cost base of The Carphone Warehouse Group PLC shares

Based on the share prices of TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC (TALK) and “new” Carphone Warehouse Group plc (CPW) on the 29th March 2010, the base cost in “old” The Carphone Warehouse Group PLC for UK capital gains tax purposes should be allocated 63.90% to TALK and 36.10% to CPW.

Shareholders will need to give consideration to the proportion of shares provided at demerger when one CPW share and two TALK shares were allocated for every two “old” The Carphone Warehouse Group PLC shares.

If shares were acquired in "old" The Carphone Warehouse Group PLC at a price of 182.25p, then this would be allocated for UK capital gain tax purposes as follows:
